Project details

The Ethical Fashion Ghana project aims to promote the development of the ethical fashion industry in Ghana, Burkina Faso and Mali. The project is led by the International Trade Center (ITC). ICVolunteers has been providing communication support for the project.

Radford University College, based in Accra, Ghana provides designers, managers, industrialist and planners with an university education, to allow them to spearhead the economic development initiatives currently envisaged in Ghana in the long term. ICV has been working with Radford University Fashion department, documenting its work and putting in place an e-learning exchange and collaboration platform.

The project supports marginalized communities and works principally with micro-producers operating in poor rural or urban areas.

Short Term Projects

ICVolunteers promotes volunteerism and its recognition, by enhancing civic commitment and involvement, and by providing leadership and links between organizations, individuals and communities. With this perspective, ICVolunteers develops projects and leads initiatives.
